125 Toes to Bar

After graduating from the beginner course at SLC Crossfit last week I got to play with the big boys for the first time today...

Toes to bar hurt. 21:24.

To reward myself: my own paleo concoction (ground turkey meat, italian turkey sausage, onion, brocoli, sugar-free tomato sauce, and garlic)
